Is it possible to arrive outside reception opening hours?
Yes, you’ll need to notify reception the same day or the day before, and a map will be sent to you with your pitch or mobile-home number.
What are the refund conditions in the event of cancellation?
We will refund the deposit paid up to 1 month before arrival. After this period you will be reimbursed by the cancellation insurance (if you took it out at the time of booking). ).
Are bicycles available for hire on the campsite?
yes, we do rent bicycles, but you can reserve them for a minimum of 7 days. For less 7 days, you don’t need to make a reservation. ( subject to availability )
